Why does nobody talk about the GeoCities shrine to someone's cat that hasn't been touched since 2001?
I went down a rabbit hole trying to find the counter for a dead fan page for a local band from Dayton, and 3 hours later I landed on a cat memorial site with animated flames and a hit counter frozen at 14,203, so now I'm wondering what other weird little time capsules are still humming along out there?

Wait, a hit counter frozen at 14,203? That means more than 14 thousand people wandered onto a dead cat shrine, and I need to know if those flames are still animating right now.
