Vent: I got lost for an hour on a 1998 site about old Seattle ferry routes
I was trying to find a schedule for the Bainbridge Island run last week and stumbled onto a personal site called 'Ferry Tales Northwest'. It hasn't been updated since 2002, but the owner's detailed logs of every 1990s sailing, complete with weather notes and passenger counts, are still there. I ended up reading about a specific fog delay from October 1998 instead of finding the current timetable. Has anyone else found these amazing time-capsule sites that just pull you in?

That "time-capsule" feeling is the best. I've totally fallen down that rabbit hole with old fan sites or local business pages that just stopped. You go for one fact and get stuck reading some person's weirdly specific passion project from twenty years ago. It's a whole mood.
