My grandma's old recipe site has been untouched since 2004 and it's amazing
I was looking for a specific cookie recipe last month and stumbled onto this site called "Aunt Edna's Kitchen" that hasn't been updated in 20 years. The design is all Comic Sans and glitter gifs but every single recipe I've tried turned out perfect, way better than the modern blogs with 50 paragraphs. Has anyone else found an old site that just works better than the new stuff out there?

Man, my buddy still uses his grandfather's old recipe forum from 2003 and swears the banana bread never fails.

You ever notice how those old forums have this weird charm to them? My grandma has a recipe from some random Geocities site she printed out in like 2001 and it's still the only way she makes meatloaf. I tried to show her a newer recipe once and she just scoffed and said 'this one hasn't failed me yet.' There's something about the clunky layouts and pixelated food photos that just makes the recipes feel more honest, you know? Like you can almost taste the nostalgia in every bite.
