I figured the Geocities fansite for my hometown was gone for good, then I found it on a backup CD last month

I poked around that old town page for 20 minutes back in 2019 and every link was dead, so I quit checking. Then a neighbor handed me a burned CD labeled "web stuff 2001" and the whole site was on it, guestbook and all, last updated April 2003. Does anyone know a good way to get something like that back online without paying for hosting forever?
