Guy on a BBS told me my GeoCities fan page was 'a tombstone with a guestbook,' and part of me thinks he's right
Found it still up last month, 11 visitors since 2003, and one guy signed the guestbook in 2011 just to say 'whoever made this, hope you're ok.' Is keeping a dead site online a nice time capsule for strangers, or are we just leaving junk in the attic that nobody asked for?

11 visitors and one "hope you're ok" is worth more than my old LiveJournal, keep it up.
