Found a 2002 fan site for a forgotten cartoon and it's a total time capsule

I was sure it was just a dead link from a forum, but clicking through showed a fully working guestbook with posts from 2003. The webmaster's last update says they're going to college, and the layout is all animated GIFs. Has anyone else stumbled onto a perfectly preserved fan site like that?

Oh man, that guestbook detail is amazing. It's like finding a diary everyone forgot about. I love when the personal stuff is still there, like someone's old AIM screenname or a countdown to the next episode. What cartoon was the site for?

Actually, @iris441, guestbooks were usually separate from the main page code. The diary feeling comes from seeing the old posts, but the page itself is just HTML someone never took down. The real time capsule is the webmaster's "under construction" GIF and maybe a hit counter.
