Our 1997 Geocities family page split the house over glitter graphics

My parents let us kids help build a family webpage on Geocities back then. Everyone acts like that was wholesome fun, but it really just started huge fights about music autoplay and ugly backgrounds. Did your family's early web stuff cause more tension than togetherness?

My sister still brings up the Geocities site I made her help with. Pretty sure I used blinking text, which is way worse. What was your sister's actual crime with the marquee?

Just change the hex code to something less blinding, family peace is worth a few minutes in the style sheet. Been there with my cousin's neon pink background.
