Take a serrated bread knife from a dollar store. That thing WILL fight you no matter how good your technique is. What specific design flaws actually make a knife unusable?

Relate so hard to this, my attempt at fancy flower arranging looked like the lilies got drunk and passed out. I tried propping them up with those green foam bricks and everything, but they just did a slow slump over 12 hours like tired ballerinas. Now I just use old mason jars so they have an excuse to be lazy.
