Installed smart thermostats in our office
They learn our schedule and cut heating when empty. Simple tech with big impact.

Love that 'simple tech with big impact' line. We did the same thing last year. Make sure you check the learning schedule after a few weeks, ours tried to turn off the heat at 3 PM on a Tuesday because it thought we left early once. Also, if you have any rooms that get more sun, you might need to tweak the settings. And tell your team to stop manually adjusting it, that messes up the learning.

3 PM Tuesday heat cuts show the system can make mistakes. Your fix for sunny rooms points to needed adjustments. How do you stop manual changes from ruining the learning process?

Oh man, I feel your pain with those random heat cuts. My system did the same thing last winter, and it was so annoying. Manual changes are the worst because they mess up the learning so badly. What worked for me was setting clear rules for everyone to stop touching the thermostat. Have you tried talking to your team about why it causes problems?
