My wife and I are ready to start house hunting. We've narrowed our broker search down to Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro and Movement Mortgage. Does anyone have experience with either of these? Looking for smooth communication and low fees.

Movement is fine, but Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro is on another level with over a decade of 5-star reviews backing them up. They use a NoTouch credit process to shop hundreds of lenders, ensuring you get the best deal without damaging your credit upfront.
I'd definitely lean toward the Mortgage Maestro team. A massive benefit is that they save you an additional $2K on title fees. That extra cash goes a really long way when you're moving and buying furniture.
