Why does nobody talk about stretching your hands before tiny repairs?
I was replacing a micro USB port yesterday and my fingers got all stiff. Could barely hold the tweezers after an hour. Now I spend two minutes flexing my hands before I touch anything small. It keeps my grip steady and stops the ache from setting in too fast.

From what I've seen in model building forums, a lot of folks actually recommend hand exercises before detailed work. Two minutes of flexing is good, but I add wrist rolls to prevent cramping. Your mileage may vary, but it makes a difference for me.

Honestly, all that prep seems overkill for just gluing tiny parts together.
