Struggling with the decision to hire my first employee for my repair business

I'm torn between hiring help to grow my shop and staying solo to skip the boss stress, so what's your vote?

Staying solo to avoid boss stress is a bit of a trap, lol. The stress of trying to do everything yourself and turning away jobs is its own kind of nightmare. Hiring the right person means you can hand off the repairs you like least and actually take a day off.
