That time a guy sold me a 'haunted' dresser for $40 and then texted me for 3 weeks

I picked up this oak dresser in Portland back in 2017 and the seller kept messaging me at 2am asking if I'd noticed any cold spots, and after three weeks I finally told him it was just sitting in my garage, which made him ask for it back, so has anyone else had a seller get weirdly attached after the sale?
