I had a client in Cleveland last month who swore she'd used red dye before, and her scalp blew up 20 minutes into the process because nobody at her old salon ever tested her. It takes 48 hours and costs you nothing, so why are we still gambling with people's skin instead of just scheduling the test at the consult?
