TIL the Library of Congress still hosts a 1997 webcam archive of a fish tank

I was hunting for an old clip of a website I used to visit in middle school and somehow fell into their 'web culture' section, which still has live-updating frames from a fish cam in Seattle that runs on ancient Java. It took me about 45 minutes to get it to render in my browser because the site literally prompts you to install a plugin from 2003. Has anyone else found a dead-simple relic that somehow still ticks along but feels like a time capsule?
