I wandered into the Kendall Whittier branch looking for a book club and the woman at the desk didn't say a word, just wrote 'ask Dave, Tuesdays, 6pm' and went back to stamping. Showed up the next week and Dave runs a 4 person sci-fi group in the back room with a broken space heater, best $0 I ever spent.
