Actually, eyeballing it works fine for me most days. Guess you just had a bad batch.

The other day my friend said she uses three full scoops for one mug of Keurig coffee. Three! That's not eyeballing, that's making coffee mud. My heart actually raced watching her do it. I had to walk away before I said something rude.
