Dropped $160 on a hand grinder at a shop in Austin, and my $30 one was the real waste
Bought a cheap burr grinder two years ago thinking the expensive ones were just hype, then a barista in Austin let me try his and the difference in my morning cup was honestly a bit shocking. The $160 one grinds even and my pour overs stopped tasting bitter overnight, so I am curious what grinder price point actually stopped making a difference for folks here.
