Bought a $200 hand grinder and I'm honestly not sure it was worth it
Six months ago I finally pulled the trigger on a hand grinder that cost me around $200, mostly because everyone online said it would change my pour over game. The grind is way more even than my old $40 electric blade grinder, no question. But here's the thing, my morning cup doesn't taste 5 times better, maybe 20 percent better at most. I keep telling myself the build quality means it'll last 10 years, but I'm not fully sold. Did any of you make a similar jump and feel the same way, or did it actually feel like a real upgrade once you dialed it in? Curious how you justify the cost to yourself.
