Found out Python's "Hello, World!" actually dates back to 1972

I was reading the history section on Python's official docs last night and it blew my mind that the first "Hello, World!" was in the B programming language, not C. Has anyone else stumbled across old-school trivia like that that made them see coding history different?

Wasn't the B language example actually from 1974 though?

Wait, 1974? That is wild. I've got a beat up old copy of the B manual from Bell Labs and I swear the example in mine says 1972 in the footnotes. Now I'm gonna have to dig it out of my storage unit this weekend to double check. Stuff like this makes me wonder how many little details we just assume are correct got changed somewhere along the way.
