Watching a rookie operator changed how I handle feed rates
I saw him push the machine too hard and ruin a part. Now I always double-check the settings before a run.

Ouch, that's a tough lesson. I mean, I've definitely been that rookie more times than I'd like to admit.

Ugh, tell me about it, @riverp27. I once spent a whole afternoon trying to fix a printer jam only to realize I never plugged the thing back in. Felt like a genius. Or that time I drove to the store for milk and came home with everything but the milk. My brain just checks out sometimes.
