Spent 2 days fighting a tool offset issue, turned out to be a decimal point

Running a Haas VF-2 at our shop in Dayton, and my parts kept coming out 0.01mm oversized. I checked the fixture, the vise, even the coolant pressure. Swapped to a different tool holder and still had the issue. After 2 full shifts of chasing my tail, I noticed my tool offset had 12.345 where it should've been 12.3456, that missing zero was eating me alive. Has anyone else had a dumb typo like that ruin a whole setup?
