Warning: my 1966 Mustang's brake pedal went soft on Highway 9 near Saratoga
I was driving downhill toward Saratoga when the pedal sank almost to the floor. I pumped it twice and got just enough pressure to roll into a gas station lot, then found the rear wheel cylinder was weeping fluid onto the shoes. I topped off the master cylinder with DOT 3 and limped home at 25 mph. Should I just replace both rear cylinders and the shoes, or is it worth pulling the whole brake system apart while I'm in there?
