Spent $180 on a rebuilt carb for my 65 Mustang and it ran worse than the leaky one
Figured I would skip the rebuild kit and just bolt on a reman unit from a guy on a forum. Idled rough, bogged off the line, and I chased vacuum leaks for two weekends before putting the old one back on with a $25 kit. Anyone else had a reman part come out of the box worse than what they pulled off?
