Rant: put in 8 offers on houses near Plaza Midwood since March and lost every single one
Started looking back in March with a budget around $425k and every house in that range gets 15 offers by Monday, most going $40k over asking. Last month I offered $30k over on a place off Commonwealth and still got beat by someone with straight cash. How are normal people supposed to buy anything in this city right now?

Same thing happens with concert tickets and daycares now, everything decent gets grabbed by whoever has the most cash.
