Found out my tax bill is nearly double my neighbors' for the same lot size

I was looking at Mecklenburg County's property records last week and saw that my 0.3 acre place in Plaza Midwood is assessed at $410k, but the house three doors down with almost the same footprint is at $235k. I called the assessor's office and they said the previous owner never appealed the valuation from 2018. How many of you have actually fought your assessment, and is it worth the hassle for me to try now?
