Am I the only one who thinks the light rail line is already priced into University City homes
Everyone on here keeps saying to buy near the Lynx now before the line gets better. I think that ship sailed around 3 years ago. My neighbor listed his townhouse off JW Clay for $385k and got 6 offers in a weekend, and that was with a cracked driveway and a 20 year old HVAC. Builders over by the Harrisburg road have been charging premium prices since 2019. I looked at 11 houses in that area last spring and every single listing mentioned the station in the first line of the description. If the train was not there those same units would sit at maybe $290k. So when folks say get in early, early already happened. The station opened and so did the price gap. Has anyone actually seen a deal near a station in the last year, or is it all hype pricing at this point?
