One comment about my resume bullets changed my whole interview flow
Last month a recruiter in Austin told me my bullets were all duties, not results. I rewrote them with numbers, like cut ticket time by 20% and handled 15 daily client calls. First interview after that, the hiring manager spent 10 minutes on one bullet asking how I did it. That never happened before. Anyone else get a small tweak that gave them way more to talk about in interviews?
