Tested a $20 tarp as a footprint and it shredded after one night
I swapped my fancy ground sheet for a cheap blue tarp from the hardware store on a trip to the Smokies last month. By morning the rocks had poked holes through it and my tent floor got damp anyway. Has anyone found a budget footprint that actually holds up for more than a season?
