Took me 3 hours to figure out a 15 minute drawer pull jig setup
Kept fighting with crooked pulls on a kitchen reno in Brighton, finally caved and made a simple MDF template with stop blocks and it saved my whole Saturday. Anyone else stubborn about jigs until you absolutely have to use one?

Three drawer pulls and a lot of swearing later I finally built a jig out of scrap plywood and a couple of clamps last month. My first try I just used a speed square and a pencil, ended up with one pull a quarter inch too high and had to fill the holes. Isn't it funny how we'll fight with something for hours just because we don't want to take the ten minutes to build a simple solution? Now I've got a dedicated drawer pull jig that lives in my toolbox and I probably use it once a week.
