Glue-up went wrong on my oak cabinet doors. Any fix?

Tried to clamp four panels at once. Now the seams are uneven. Can I sand it down or start over? Kids are running around so time is tight. Appreciate any tips.

Ugh, clamping multiple panels is so tricky, especially with kids around.

Last summer I started putting down masking tape lines as a "do not cross" boundary for my kids. It sounds silly but they treat it like a game rule... and it gives me a clear two-foot workspace around the clamp station. The bright color is a visual cue for them that I don't have to keep repeating myself.
