Went to grab my 12 year old Estwing hammer on Saturday and the handle just crumbled in my hand
I was framing a shed in my backyard in Modesto when the rubber grip on my dad's old Estwing basically turned to dust, so before you trust a tool just because it's old, check the handle, and now I'm wondering if anyone else has had a 'lifetime' tool fail from sitting in a hot garage.
