Spotify went from knowing me perfectly to thinking I am a 60 year old man in 3 weeks
I made a playlist for my dad's birthday back in March and let my niece add some songs to it. After that, my Discover Weekly went from indie stuff I actually like to nothing but Neil Diamond and Fleetwood Mac. Last week it recommended a 10 hour rain sounds track and a polka album, so I finally checked my settings. The whole thing flipped because she connected her account to my family plan and now the algorithm splits the difference between us. Has anyone else had a shared account wreck their recommendations, and is there a way to fix it without kicking her off?
