Rant: YouTube thinks I want to watch 90 minutes of a guy fixing a lawnmower in Ohio
So last Tuesday I'm just trying to watch one video about sharpening a kitchen knife, nothing crazy, and my feed gets flooded with nothing but small engine repair stuff for the next two weeks straight. I'm talking a guy in Dayton taking apart a 1998 riding mower for an hour and a half, then a channel about carburetors, then some dude rebuilding a weed whacker in his garage. I don't own a lawnmower. I live in an apartment on the third floor in Cleveland. I keep hitting not interested and it just comes back with a slightly different mower. I even cleared my watch history after about 6 tries and it still showed me a push mower tutorial the next morning. At this point I'm half convinced the thing just latched onto the word sharp and ran with it. Has this happened to anyone else where one random video tanks your whole feed for weeks?
