Took my CPA's advice on a $4000 tax software upgrade, now I'm filing an amendment

Ngl I was skeptical when my CPA said I needed the expensive version to handle my side hustle inventory. She pushed it hard back in January. Spent the money, ran everything through it, felt good about it. Fast forward to last week, I'm doing my quarterly review and the software double counted a bunch of my shipping costs from the third party seller. The math is way off, I owe an extra $1200. She's not returning my emails now. Has anyone else had a professional recommend a pricey tool that just made things worse? What did you do about the mess?
