The minute I realized my review scoring was backwards
I used to mark any business down if the staff seemed rushed, but last month a plumber in Cleveland spent 10 minutes explaining a $90 part swap I didn't even need. Turns out I'd been punishing good service for being honest about time, and rewarding places that just smiled while overcharging. Anyone else catch themselves scoring the vibe instead of the actual work?
