That 4.9 star dentist had a 2 star reality once I got there
Booked a highly rated clinic near Santa Fe based on 120 glowing reviews, first visit went fine but the follow up double charged my card and gave me attitude about it. Took three calls just to get a refund, then I noticed the negative reviews all mention the same billing pattern. Anyone else found that spotting one repeating complaint beats the overall score?
