Showerthought: leaving a 3 star review with the exact fix in it got my $60 refund in 2 days
Kept getting the runaround from a shop in Mesa about a busted part, so I quit calling and just posted what the actual problem was and the part number that fixes it. Owner emailed me the next morning, has anyone else had that work better than a phone call?
