My buddy Marcus in Toledo said foil makes cookies bake evenly, ruins batch #3 now
Marcus from my old job in Toledo always lined his sheet pan in foil and swore it made everything bake right, so I tried it last Saturday with chocolate chip cookies at 375 for 11 minutes. The bottoms came out burnt black while the tops stayed raw dough, and the foil stuck to everything when I tried to peel it off. Am I dumb for trusting a guy who also thinks ketchup belongs on tacos or is there an actual trick to this?
