Took me 4 hours to draw a single weekly spread because my ruler kept slipping
Sat down last Sunday to set up my week. Simple layout, nothing fancy. But every time I drew a line the ruler slid and my boxes came out crooked. Redid the whole thing three times. Ended up taping the ruler to the page with washi tape just to hold it still. Total time was almost 4 hours for one page. Anyone got a trick for keeping a straightedge from moving without wrecking the paper?

Use a clear plastic ruler, grips way better than wood.
