Rant: My bullet journal got me to three straight block parties
Our street has these summer block parties that I always meant to go to. I started marking them in my future log, and it actually worked for once. What do you do to remember local stuff in your bujo?

Bullet journals seem like overkill for event reminders. I used to jot down local festivals, but then I'd forget to even open the bujo that week. Phone calendars have automatic alerts that actually catch your attention when you need them. Putting stuff on paper doesn't help if you aren't constantly checking those pages.
