Ultrasonic testers for boiler tubes? I was skeptical until now!

I trusted visual checks for tube inspections. After using an ultrasonic tester, we found cracks that were invisible to the eye! Do you use this tech or think it's not needed?

Yeah, training matters a lot with that gear. Get it wrong and you miss stuff. False sense of safety is worse than no test.
