Burned $30 on a show that got cancelled mid-season and left everything hanging
I binged "The Order" on Netflix a couple years back, got super into the werewolf and magic stuff, and then found out it was cancelled after season 2 with a huge cliffhanger. Wasted like 10 hours of my life watching something that has zero resolution and just stops dead. Anybody else hate getting invested in a series that doesn't even get a proper ending?

Wait did they really just drop that werewolf college show after a cliffhanger? Thats so typical of Netflix honestly they cancel everything good before it gets a chance to breathe. You spend all that time learning the lore and getting invested in the characters just for them to pull the plug like it was nothing. I swear streaming services treat their original shows like experiments in a lab and if it doesnt blow up overnight they toss it in the trash. Its like buying a book and finding the last 50 pages ripped out. Never watching another new series until they promise me a proper ending first.

Remembered my buddy telling me he got totally hooked on a show about a haunted hotel, binged the whole first season, and the finale ended with the main character literally vanishing into thin air. Then a week later they announced it was cancelled. He was so mad he wrote a whole angry letter to Netflix on his laptop but never sent it. Said he feels like he's in a toxic relationship with streaming services now, always getting ghosted. Honestly it's like they don't care about the stories at all, just the numbers.
