Found a beat tape from 1986 that's pure gold garbage

I was digging through a box my uncle left at my mom's place in Pittsburgh last weekend and pulled out this cassette labeled "Rhythm Machine Demo Vol. 2". The drum machine sounds like someone hitting a metal bucket with a wet sock, and every third note is off time on purpose or by accident. But the bass line is so weird and catchy that I've listened to it four times today. Has anyone else stumbled on old home recordings that somehow slap harder than anything you'd find on a streaming service?
