Am I the only one who got hooked on a 47 part fanfic about a haunted Laundromat in Ohio?
I started it as a joke at 11pm and ended up reading all 47 chapters over three nights. The slow burn is real: the main character does not even see a ghost until part 12, and the payoff in part 44 made me put my phone down and stare at the wall. Anyone got another long one like this where the creepy stuff takes forever to show up?
