My brother said skip the $6 USB hub and just use a keyboard tray, and now I have 4 dead ports
My brother swore up and down last month that a cheap powered USB hub was a waste and I should just plug stuff straight into my old tower to save the money. Fast forward to now, my tower only has 2 working front ports and my mouse keeps cutting out every 10 minutes while the printer fights for the same slot. Was he just lucky with his setup or is there some trick I'm missing to make these old ports behave?
