I used to eyeball flour out of the bag, now I weigh it on a $12 scale
My grandma always said a cup of flour is whatever your hand grabs, but after 4 dense banana breads in a row I finally bought a kitchen scale and it fixed everything. Now I'm wondering, does anyone else weigh their flour or am I just being extra about it?
