Rant: swapped my 10 amp fuse for a 30 amp one at my place in Tulsa
The AC kept tripping the breaker so I shoved in a bigger fuse instead of finding the actual short, and it worked great for about two weeks until I smelled burning insulation behind the wall. Any of you ever chase a dead short through old knob and tube wiring, or am I the only one who played fuse roulette?
