Serious question, did anyone else figure out that drawing with your non dominant hand at 2am makes way weirder stuff?
Last Tuesday I was up until almost 3am after 4 cups of coffee and I got bored with my normal doodles so I switched to my left hand just to mess around. I normally draw kinda careful little faces with my right hand, but the left hand stuff came out wobbly and lopsided and honestly way funnier, like one guy had an eye sliding off his forehead. I filled 7 pages in my sketchbook in about 40 minutes and only 2 of them looked like total trash, the rest were weird in a good way. The trick is you can not fix anything, no erasing, no going back over lines, because the second you try to clean it up it turns boring. My best one so far is a cat with like 9 legs that my roommate taped to our fridge. Has anyone else tried the left hand thing or do you just wait for the tiredness to kick in on its own?
