I had to pick between a 3am self portrait or drawing my cat, and the cat won
At 2:47am on a Tuesday I sat down with a cheap pencil and had to choose: draw my own face in the bathroom mirror or draw my cat Frank who was asleep on the radiator. I went with Frank and ended up with a blob that looks like a burnt loaf of bread with ears, which I then taped to my fridge next to a real photo of him for comparison. Does anyone else find that drawing a sleeping pet at 3am comes out way worse than you think it will, or is it just me and my freezer art?
